Redeemable RWA receipt token for disclosed gold-mineral reserve-related economic rights

MGRT is a redeemable RWA receipt token deployed on Pharos Mainnet. It is designed to express disclosed gold-mineral reserve-related economic rights in an onchain form that is identifiable, transferable, and verifiable. MGRT is not mine equity, a fixed-income bond, or a profit-sharing instrument, and it does not represent direct mineral rights or land title.

MGRT's underlying asset basis comes from disclosed mineral interests and related contractual arrangements, including mineral rights associated with the Charlie's Eye project in Saskatchewan, Canada, mineralization materials, the underlying economic participation agreement, legal opinions, and other public documents. These documents are registered with version numbers, release dates, and onchain hashes for public verification.

The MGRT contract has completed a code audit and is live on Pharos Mainnet. Through onchain document hashes, a public token contract address, block-explorer access, and official disclosure documents, the project strengthens transparency around token issuance, document versions, asset descriptions, and risk boundaries.

MGRT is issued with a fixed total supply and maps token ownership to specific mineral and gold reserve-related economic rights. It supports a rule-based redemption process, while actual settlement is carried out under the applicable disclosure documents and redemption policy. MGRT does not promise fixed yield, principal protection, or a price floor.
