What MGRT represents
A mapped, transferable, redeemable RWA receipt token.
MGRT is designed as an ERC-20 style receipt token mapped to disclosed mineral and gold reserve-related economic rights. It is intended to make the disclosure set, token boundary, and redemption workflow easier to identify and verify.
MGRT does not represent mine equity, direct mineral-title ownership, physical gold ownership, fixed-income debt, a fixed-yield instrument, a profit-sharing token, or a 1:1 spot-gold claim.
